- Bac+2/Bac+3 in Networks and Telecommunications, IT, or a related field
- Two (2) years of experience in installation, maintenance, and network support

- Network Design and Architecture
- Configuration and Management of Network Equipment
- Network IP Supervision, Monitoring, and Administration
- Network Security
- Technical Support and Incident Resolution
- Managing Relationships with Suppliers and Partners
- Network Project Management
- Bac+5 in Networks and Telecommunications or an equivalent degree
- Certifications: Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Mikrotik MTCNA/MTCRE, or equivalent
- Security certifications (CISSP, CEH) are a plus
- 5 years of experience in IP networks, with strong references in managing and optimizing complex networks
