Purpose of Role/ Resumé du poste
Un journalier est indispensable au bon fonctionnement et à la réussite de
l’Organisation. Sa mission principale consiste à accomplir des tâches
spécifiques et précises pendant une période déterminée, que ce soit pour
remplacer un titulaire de poste ou pour répondre à une augmentation temporaire
de l’activité. Cela permet d’assurer le bon déroulement des opérations de
l’organisation.
A daily worker is essential to the smooth operation and success of
organization. Their main mission is to perform specific and precise tasks for
a determined period, whether to replace a position holder or to respond to a
temporary increase in activity. This ensures the smooth running of the
organization’s operations.
DOMESTIC SUPPORT / AGENT D’ENTRETIEN - CUISINIER
Major Responsibilities/ Responsabilités principales
- Cleaning/ Nettoyage
- Laundry/ Lessive
- Kitchen and Food/ Cuisine et alimentation
Essential:
- Fluency in English or French, both spoken and written.
- GCA O Level or equivalent.
- Hotel training certificate or equivalent
- Previous working experience with international staff is an asset.
- Working Experience with International NGOs
- Knowledge of French or English, both written and spoken is an asset
DRIVER / CHAUFFEUR
Major Responsibilities/ Responsabilités principals
- Driving/ Conduire
- Car Security & Maintenance/ Entretien du vehicle
- Car logbook maintenance/

- 2 years work experiences as a driver / 2 années d’expériences

FINANCE
Major Responsibilities/ Responsabilités principales
- Annotation of all accounting documents for the closed periods with the accounting voucher stamp/
- Annotation de Tous les documents comptables pour les périodes clôturées avec le tampon de pièce comptable
- Scanning and renaming of accounting documents for physical and electronic archiving/ Numeration et renommage des documents comptables pour l’archivage physique et électronique
Knowledge, Skills and Experience/ exigences du poste
- Experience in doing similar tasks/ Expérience dans des tâches similaires
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar filed/ Diplôme de licence en finance ou domaine similaire
- Basic knowledge of administrative processes/ Connaissance de base des processus administratifs
- Fluent in spoken and written French or English Language/ Maîtrise du français ou de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Computer literate/ Compétences informatiques

LOGISTIC

- Stock Follow-up/ Suivi des stocks

- 1 years’ work experience as a Logistics Assistant/ 1 an d’expérience de travail en tant qu’assistant

- Good knowledge of administrative processes and Microsoft Office software’s/Bonne connaissance des processus administratifs et des logiciels Microsoft Office
HUMAN RESOURCES
Major Responsibilities/ Responsabilités principales
- Classement et organisation des dossiers : Trier, classer et archiver les documents du personnel et administratifs / Filing and organizing documents: Sorting, filing, and archiving administrative and personal documents
- Numérisation des documents : Scanner les dossiers et les documents pour les enregistrer dans le système électronique. / Document scanning: Scanning files and documents to record them in the electronic system.
- Mise à jour des bases de données : Entrer et mettre à jour les informations du personnel dans les bases de données RH. / Updating databases: Entering and updating personnel information in HR databases.
- Accueil des nouveaux employés : Préparer les documents d’intégration et Assister à l’organisation des sessions d’orientation./ Onboarding new employees: Preparing onboarding documents and support in organisation of orientation sessions.
- Support administratif : / Administrative support
Knowledge, Skills and Experience/ exigences du poste
- Expérience dans des tâches similaires / Experience in doing similar tasks.
- Diplôme de licence en RH ou domaine similaire /Bachelor’s degree in RH or similar filed.
- Connaissance de base des processus administratifs /Basic knowledge of administrative processes.
- Maîtrise du français ou de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit /Fluent in spoken and written French or English Language/
- Compétences informatiques / Computer literate
