Paraklete Institute is currently hiring a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to meet its service needs

Location: Douala, Cameroon (Hybrid Global Role)

• Paraklete Institute is on a mission to certify and empower 1 million professionals globally through high-impact project management and digital economy pathways. We’re seeking a visionary Chief Growth Officer to architect and drive our global growth engine.

Your Mission:

• Lead the acquisition of 100,000+ new learners within the next 12 months. Build and scale our marketing funnels, CRM, LMS, automation systems, and strategic partnerships across Africa, the Middle East, and North America.

What You’ll Own:

• Launch 360° global growth campaigns
• Scale our PMI Certification, PowerUp for Women, and University Career Pathway programs
• Build a powerful sales pipeline with CRM, LMS, and marketing automation
• Lead a performance team (marketing, sales ops, funnel dev, partnerships)
• Optimize funnels with a focus on ROI, CAC:LTV, ROAS

You Should Have:

• 8+ years in growth marketing or strategic business development
• Experience scaling to 100K+ customers or $1M+ ARR
• Pro-level with CRM tools, LMS systems, and paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
• Strong knowledge of African markets and global education dynamics

Growth KPIs You’ll Drive:

• 15K+ leads/month | 5K+ enrollments/month
• Paid ROAS 3:1+ | Funnel conversions 5%+
