Position Title: Senior Customer Relationship Officer

Main Responsibilities:
- Have a thorough knowledge of UFC S.A's financial products
- Sell financial products
- Prospect for new clients
- Build and develop a high-quality portfolio in terms of deposits
- Design and implement a commercial pitch
- Advise clients on financing, investment, and savings solutions
- Manage account openings
- Monitor client accounts
- Verify clients’ financial situations
- Analyze credit and overdraft files considering risks
- Regularly update the portfolio of commitments
- Negotiate loan terms and guarantees
- Assess financing risks
- Field visits and market analysis
- Locate clients' residence and business locations
- Follow up on unpaid accounts (reminder letters, etc.)
- Follow up with prospects
- Reliability and a sense of urgency
- Good interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to adapt and find personalized solutions
- Fluent in French and English
- At least a BTS in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Finance, Management, Audit and Control, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Good computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, etc.)
- Proficiency in banking software (Eloge Bank, Delta, others)
- Open-minded, rigorous, impartial, and of high integrity
- Uphold the institution’s values (integrity, responsibility, professionalism)
- Submit monthly and occasional reports to management
- Comply with internal rules and regulations
- Use reliable sources and escalate alerts to the Head of the Permanent Control Department

2. Position Title: Internal Controller
Location: Yaoundé
Contract Type: Permanent Contract (CDI)
Main Responsibilities:
- Define and implement on-site and remote operations control systems
- Conduct routine and unannounced control missions according to the annual control plan
- Verify cash, supporting documents, commitments, expenses, income, and digital operations
- Daily verification of all accounting operations, including off-balance items
- Review account openings and closures
- Control credit and other files
- Monitor bank, sensitive, dormant, and deceased accounts
- Evaluate risks (financial, operational, regulatory) and propose corrective measures
- Identify control system weaknesses and recommend improvements
- Follow up on audit recommendations
- Report on control operations
- (Same as above for values, reports, alerts, and other tasks)
- Required Qualities:
- Reliability, sense of urgency, and high integrity
- Rigorous in procedure application and objective in risk assessment
- Quick to identify weaknesses and suggest practical solutions
- Ethical, confidential, and detail-oriented
- Fluent in French and English
- At least a Bachelor's in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Audit and Control, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong IT skills (MS Office and banking software like Eloge Bank, Delta, etc.)

3. Position Title: Branch Manager
Location: Yaoundé
Contract Type: Permanent Contract (CDI)
Main Responsibilities:
- Apply the strategic vision defined by General Management at the branch level
- Build and grow a quality deposit portfolio
- Manage branch treasury
- Lead commercial actions (mass and targeted prospecting)
- Implement and monitor sales targets
- Ensure quality service delivery
- Monitor account operations
- Collect and secure client guarantees
- Authorize and supervise account openings/closures
- Prepare the branch’s budget
- Report branch activities
- Oversee branch correspondence
- Ensure compliance with procedures and bank conditions
- Maintain branch hygiene and security
- Liaise with local authorities and report to HQ
- Supervise, motivate, and evaluate the branch team
- (Same as above for values, client relations, reports, and internal rules)
- Proactive, excellent interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and creativity
- Fluent in French and English

- Audit IT systems and processes tied to operations (credits, savings, risk management)

- Ensure regulatory compliance in IT security
- Analyze risk management systems and recommend data protection improvements
- Submit audit reports to General Management
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations
- Master administrative management and internal control techniques

- Understand business development and management techniques
