The Cultural Diplomacy and Technology Forum is an upcoming event in Ottawa, Canada, organized by the Canadian Center for Cultural Diplomacy (CCCD). The program aims to invite Professionals, diplomats, academics, and young leaders from around the world to address the evolving role of technology in shaping cultural diplomacy. The program is scheduled to take place in April 2026. 10 applicants will receive a fully funded scholarship which will cover Airfare, Accommodation, Meals, and Program Fees.   • Strengthen global networks among diplomats, scholars, technologists, and cultural leaders.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: Must be 16 years or older at the time of application.
  • Background: Open to all academic and professional fields; a background in international relations, cultural studies, communication, political science, or technology is an asset.
  • Language: Must be proficient in English for participation in all sessions.
  • Motivation: Must show a clear motivation and genuine interest in the intersection of technology, culture, and diplomacy.
  • Experience (Preferred): Prior participation in forums, cultural projects, tech initiatives, volunteer work, social media campaigns, digital storytelling, or public advocacy is a plus.
