Go2skul Education is hiring a Community Manager.

Purpose of the Post

The Community Manager is responsible for a large portion of the business's online presence. Whether they are focused on social media or website development is up to the business.

The Community Manager should have the ability to manage a content management system. They should also be able to coordinate with the sales team in order to create marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the different social media accounts ;
• Ensure that the brand message is consistent ;
• Participate in the creation of content for social medias ;
• Engage with the community and make sure the community grows ;
• Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used ;
• Coordinate with sales team to create digital marketing campaigns ;
• Prepare emails to send out to customers ;
• Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success ;
• Conduct Community Feedback Management.

Qualifications/Skills

• 1+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing/ community manager ;
• Experience executing paid social media campaigns ;
• Must have Excellent Communication Skills ;
• HND degree in marketing, business or equivalent ;
• Knowledge of video and phot editing software such as Adobe, Canva ;
• Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time ;
• Incredible attention to detail ;
• Full understanding of all social media platforms ;
• Problem solving skills ;
• Knowledge of content management systems.
