A local company is looking for a Project Manager
Objectif du poste :
As the Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to protect the Wouri River in the Douala region.
Responsibility Principals:
Your key responsibilities include:
- Organizing and Leading Cleanups: Plan and execute river cleanups in line with the company’s standards, mobilizing volunteers and ensuring safe and effective cleanup operations.
- School Cleanups and Inspiration Sessions: Oversee educational programs in schools and inspiration sessions to raise awareness about plastic pollution and inspire positive behavioral changes.
- Partnership Development: Identify and collaborate with local partners to enhance plastic waste collection, recycling efforts, and sustainability initiatives.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track project performance and key metrics and provide timely reports on the impact of cleanup and awareness activities.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the project team, providing guidance, support, and mentor-ship to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Project Administration: Handle administrative tasks, HR activities, financial management, and other project-related logistics.
- Networking and Advocacy: Establish a strong network within Douala and Cameroon to foster collaboration and work collectively towards a clean and sustainable Wouri River.

Hold a valid Cameroon driver's license.
