Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handles prospection operations (telephone, visits) to convert leads or prospects into customers.
- Go door-to-door to present products and collect leads within the assigned sales territory.
- Open accounts for small merchants and small businesses + ensure commercial follow-up until account activation.
- Develop customer portfolio within assigned sales territory
- Represent Diool in all interactions with prospects
- Compile and share field sales feedbacks with marketing and product teams
Preferred Qualification
- Baccalaureat, GCE A Level or higher
- At least 6 months of prospection or sales experience in pharma, BTP or retail distribution
Requirement
- Functional laptop + smartphone required
- Good oral and written expression
- Empathy, listening and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal, persuasive and negotiating skills
- Autonomous, mobile and organized
- Basic English is required
- You must live in Douala or Yaounde
What we offer
- This offer is a 6-month internship paid monthly: 85k + bonus
