Fonctions Principales
Le volontaire forêt soutient la mise en œuvre du projet intitulé «
CMR/Lutter contre le changement climatique et la perte de
biodiversité par la mise en œuvre et le suivi des activités
connexes dans le cadre du résultat 4 : « Contribution à une
meilleure protection des organisations de la société civile qui
collaborent à la détection et au signalement des crimes
environnementaux présumés ». Ce rôle garantit l’alignement avec le
plan de travail annuel.
Tâches et responsabilités principales
Le volontaire sera chargé de :
- Maintenir un contact permanent avec les membres du réseau des OSC.
- Soutenir l’élaboration et la révision du plan d’action du projet.
- Contribuer au renforcement des capacités des OSC en matière de protection.
- Faciliter le processus de renouvellement et de diffusion des outils/mécanismes de protection des OSC.
- Assister le coordinateur du projet dans les tâches liées au projet.
- Représenter le WWF dans les forums chaque fois que cela est nécessaire.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche qui lui est assignée par son supérieur hiérarchique.
Profil
Qualifications requisesDiplôme universitaire (niveau master) en
droit public, droit de l’environnement, gestion d’entreprise,
évaluation environnementale ou dans un domaine connexe ;
Au moins un (01) an d’expérience dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience avérée dans le domaine des ONG/entreprises et des
conventions internationales liées au travail.

Driver Coastal Forest Program
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Driving
- Drive the vehicles in complete safety, ensuring that all documents are available and in good condition in the vehicle, and paying particular attention to: [TN1]
- Maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles, both internally and externally.
- Complying with internal regulations on vehicle management.
- Transporting and accompanying staff during missions and official functions.
- Logistics / Admin
- Collect goods from suppliers.
- Support the Logistics Manager in the purchase of goods and services.
- Collect various pro-formas and invoices, as required by the office.
- Carry out administrative support activities: collect money from the bank, drop off documents at various offices, etc.
- Ensure that requests for services or materials are duly approved before processing.
- Enter orders into the system, according to the needs of the applicants.
- Gather all information’s relating to the use of vehicles, to prepare cost recovery for the various projects.
- Prepare invoices relating to the use of vehicles for official/private purposes.
- Enter data into the system to generate statistics.
- Prepare monthly statistical reports on the office’s vehicles.
- Establish and maintain, at the request of his/her supervisor, good links with suppliers.
- Transport (by driving) the various project staff and teams (technical and financial teams) for the implementation of activities.
- Support day-to-day activities in the field by transporting teams and equipment in the project’s areas of intervention.
- Report on the condition of vehicles and recommend repairs.
- Carry out all other tasks as requested by line management.
- Ensure passenger safety and the good condition of the vehicle.
- Strictly comply with the Highway Code and internal safety procedures.
- Ensure a professional and courteous service for all personnel being transported .
Profile:
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum BEPC + 3 years’ experience in a similar position in an international organization or [TN2] Minimum First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) + 5 years’ experience in an international organization or multinational company.
- Hold a valid Category D driving license.
- At least 5 years’ experience of working in the South-West, North-West and Littoral Regions. Knowledge of other project intervention zones such as the East and South Regions (Bertoua, Yokadouma, Mambele, Ngoyla, Kribi, Campo, etc.) would be an asset.
