At AJE, we see Talent Acquisition (TA), as the front door of the organization. As a key member of the TA team, you will be a designated company brand ambassador. We are looking for an organized self-starter with a keen attention to detail, who is ready to bring their energy to our team. As a member of the TA Team, your main duties will include full cycle recruitment and brand awareness, building rapport with candidates, establishing relationships with stakeholders, and being a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
Typical Functions
- Build a deep understanding of our business and culture in order to provide strategic thought partnerships to teams that you support.
- Drive and lead the full-lifecycle recruitment process from initial reach out to offer to close.
- Develop relationships with your key stakeholders to ensure success in your role; including cross-functional partners.
- Develop tactical recruitment plans and strategies lending to efforts performed for searches.
- Work closely with hiring teams across the business and tech, defining job descriptions, requirements, and interview processes.
- Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing requisitions.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organizational information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
- Attract applicants by strategically placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determine applicant qualifications by screening applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Manage internal hire applicants.
- Manager the career planning and development activity of the company.
- Manage the succession planning of the company.
Requirements
- 6 years of recruiting experience in a full life-cycle recruitment environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
- Minimum 3 years experience recruiting in relevant industry environments.
- FMCG, Quality Assurance, Product Development, Product Management, and international experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related technical field with relevant experience in talent acquisition is preferred.

- Knowledge of Sage saari,
- Microsoft package
