Requirements
To be considered for the role of Chief Accountant, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional certification ( ACCA, or CIMA) is a plus
- Experience in a similar industry is preferred
- Seven years of relevant work experience, including knowledge of IFRS and SYSCOHAD.
- Proficient in both English and French.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and accounting regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
- Proficient in both English and French.
