We’re Hiring: Restaurant Manager

Yaoundé International Business School (YIBS) is looking for a skilled and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our on-campus restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional dining experiences for students, staff, and guests while managing efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff performance
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control
• Develop menus and promotions in collaboration with kitchen staff
• Foster a welcoming and professional dining environment

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Catering, or Business Management
• 3+ years’ experience in restaurant/hospitality management
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
