BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA recruit for one of its client in the
Manufaturing industry : (01) Manufacturing Operations Manager.
You will have as principal mission :
- Seeking a decisive and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to take the reins of the production team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing the productivity and sustainability of operations while observing safety guidelines, meeting production targets and ensuring overall workflow efficiency.
You will have as principal duties and responsibilities :
- Directing and cooordinating daily operations of the manufacturing plant ;
- Implementing strategies to increase productivity and meet production goals ;
- Ensuring compliance with industry safety and quality standards ;
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency ;
- Coordinating production planning and scheduling to meet delivery timeliness ;
- Colaborating with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges. Required profile :
- Ten (10) years working experience in production, manufacturing or similar field ;
- Age must fall between 38-55 years old ;
Location in Douala (Bonaberi is a plus) ;
• Knowledge in information technology and other related software.
