POSITION TITLE: Technical Staff
DUTY STATION: Yaoundé, Cameroon
DURATION OF CONTRACT: 3 months and renewable
CONTRACT TYPE: Local Employee
The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) was established as a
government-funded agency dedicated to grant aid programs in April 1991. KOICA
Endeavors to combat Poverty and support Socio- Economic growth of partner
countries. In doing so, KOICA establishes and strengthens friendly ties with
developing countries.
The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), Cameroon office is
recruiting a technical staff.

1-Manage Office
- Pay all office bills (ENEO, Camwater, Camtel, etc.);
- Electricity/Water/Phones(extension);
- Detect problems and provide possible solutions or call a technician
- Manage the Generator and make sure it does not run dry of fuel water & oil
- Computers/Printers;
- Manage and maintain all office computers, anti-virus, and repair bad ones
- Take care of all office printers Internet;
- Inspection of internet connection(download/upload speed, ping, etc.)
- Request a solution to solving the internet obstacle
- Assets/Facilities;
- Maintain Air Conditioners and call a technician
- Repair bad machines/goods like fans, grass cutters, office chairs, kitchen equipment, TV, and so on. 3) Repair all bad door locks
- Maintain others concerned the office assets/facilities
- Inspecting buildings and access points
- Purchase and replace(or supply) all consumables(electric bulbs, Ink cartridges, A4 paper, stationery, etc.)
- Record taking out of consumables
- Purchase and replace Tension regulators and UPS
- Compare prices and purchase goods for the office
- Perform any other duties as required
DEGREE AND EXPERIENCES
- At least graduation in primary school
- (Preferred) Working experience with other Donor organisations, agencies
SKILLS
- Technical proficiency, ability to detect technical problem in electricity, water, internet and solve the problem.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Remuneration will be based on the criteria according to the prevailing local
market rates and based on KOICA Cameroon Office's internal remuneration
calculation system. In addition, it can be adjusted based on the applicant's
experiences.
