Country Energy Head(M/F)

Sector of Activity: Electrical Vehicles (EV)

Location: Douala

Dead line: 25 June 2025

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the deployment and expansion of battery swapping stations, fast, slow, and home chargers within the Country
• Identify optimal locations for new battery swapping stations fast & slow chargers, and home chargers based on market demand, accessibility, and logistical considerations.
• Oversee the daily operations of battery swapping stations, fast charging and slow charging infrastructure ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to maintain high operational standards.
• Generate IRR of 20%-25% from the energy network; ROACE of 25-30%; Planning of the capex cycle to optimize the energy infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, business partners, and EV manufacturers.
• Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits to mitigate risks. • Develop and manage budgets for the regions;Conduct market analysis & growth PROFILE
• Engineering/MBA with /EV infrastructure, renewables, or operations management. • Track record in scaling networks, P&L management, and building high-performing teams in emerging markets.
• Strategic, adaptable, and driven with strong stakeholder negotiation skills and a safety-first attitude.
