PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES

• Develop and execute marketing plans to position the company as a market leader.
• Lead social media, SEO, email campaigns, and performance analytics.
• Organize events, partnerships, and PR initiatives to build trust and demand.
• Analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
• Work with the sales team to generate leads and improve conversion.
• Optimise marketing cost for maximum ROI.

PROFILE

• Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing, preferably in automotive, tech, energy, or FMCG.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
• Creativity in content development and storytelling.
• Data-driven decision-making.
• Languages: Fluent in English and French.
• Entrepreneurial culturally savvy, and passionate about clean energy.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES

• Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support expansion.
• Ensure adherence to Cameroonian financial regulations, tax laws, and international standards.
• Manage liquidity, investor relations, and fundraising efforts.
• Implement controls to safeguard assets and optimize financial performance.
• Recruit and mentor a local finance team to support operations.
• Work with leadership to align financial strategy with business goals.

PROFILE

• Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years in financial leadership, ideally in startups, automotive, logistics, or renewable energy.
• Expertise in financial modeling, auditing, and local tax compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Languages: Fluent in English and French.
• Adaptable, strategic, and passionate about sustainable innovation.
