MISSION

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES
  • Design and build advanced web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native.
  • Maintain and optimize existing mobile applications for maximum performance and scalability
  • Lead technical planning and requirements gathering phases.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Ensure code quality and application robustness through code reviews and automated testing
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement new features.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Advocate for best practices in React and React Native development.
  • Continuously improve development processes and tools.

PROFILE
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development
  • At least 3 years of experience working with React Native or ability to quickly level up
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Type
  • Script or ability to quickly level up Experience with NoSQL databases and BaaS, such as Firebase and MongoDB
  • Knowledge of modern mobile architectures,
  • Experience with automated testing
  • Ability to write test cases, leverage unit and integration testing, and develop functionality
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • English Proficiency
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

MAIN ACTIVITIES
  • Ensure the development and implementation of the commercial plan within the assigned area. 
  • Oversee the growth of the beverage sales force.
  • Ensure the recruitment and development of wholesalers and distributors.
  • Analyse the market and identify growth opportunities within the assigned area to optimise the presence and performance of the company's products.
  • Develop and implement customer loyalty strategies for existing clients (wholesalers, distributors, and retailers) to ensure continuous sales growth.
  • Supervise and support the sales team by providing regular training and implementing performance monitoring tools.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence by analysing market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies to adapt the commercial approach.

PROFILE

MISSION

Drive strategic cycle planning and activation by leveraging market insights to optimize sales performance. Through bold BTL/TTL execution and seamless cross-functional collaboration, enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. With goal to deliver impactful activations that fuel growth and strengthen market positioning.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Input into the JUBP development with strong and in depth commercial and customer insights working with Marketing, Field team and Finance team;
  • Actively support volume forecasting via use of trends and analyses of data as a primary input; • Make marketing BTL/TTL concepts operational;
  • Identify sales gaps and propose corrective action;
  • Inputs Joint Customer plans (JCP) for Top Customers and ensured ruthless planning of the agreed activities within the JCP;
  • Own the development of BTL program plans and agree the roles and responsibilities key resources and budget implications;
  • Develops compelling Customer Propositions for Sales Driver activities using detailed brand & customer knowledge;
