French Speaking Commercial Trader (Fintech/Cryptocurrency/Stablecoin/Remote)

Role Overview

Working with existing clients, as a French Speaking Commercial Trader , you should provide excellent customer service, maintain the image and vision of the organization, and achieve the revenue goals of the company. An outstanding trading operations manager should display a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Top candidates are clear communicators who are highly self-motivated; eager to collaborate, exchange knowledge and apply new skills to proactively seek out weaknesses in the environment.

  • Fluent in French
  • 3 years experience working in B2B technology or financial services relationship management
  • Have to have an entrepreneurial mind
  • Able to communicate cross-functionally with Accounting, Customer Support, Compliance and Others.
  • A proactive results-driven person
  • Able to work independently and execute tasks with intuition, based on broad instructions/ objectives from superiors
  • Able to help with day to day operations for their manager
  • Time-management and organizational skills to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An ability to work under pressure, particularly when dealing with threats and at times of high demand.

  • Manage and grow revenue with previously established relationships with institutional clients
  • Execute trades in close collaboration with others
  • Keeping track of client feedback and recommending product improvements
  • Ensure accurate and timely record keeping processes are followed
  • Adhere to all risk management policies and processes including financial exposure limits and compliance requirements
