Behold PRUDENTIAL BENEFICIAL INSURANCE is actively looking for Recruitment and Training Coordinator
Location : Yaounde.
TYPE OF CONTRACT : Fixed Term (CDD)
Missions

• Contribute to the supervision and implementation of strategies to improve
• and develop the agencies' recruitment sources and channels.
• Provide training for agency staff by creating and implementing training programmes.
• Main Activities
• Execute implementation plans with agency managers and create motivation and momentum for the continued growth of agency strength.
• Participate in the development and implementation of effective recruitment guidelines for agency and broker channels.
• Organise recruitment campaigns and the design of incentive programmes to help agencies meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
•  Participate in the development, design, implementation and monitoring of training programmes for the agency. function.
•  Assess agencies' training needs and plan training programmes accordingly.

Skills

• Good knowledge of the business sector.
• Good knowledge of non-life insurance products. Good adaptability.
•  Mastery of teaching techniques.
• Good interpersonal skills and autonomy.

Prerequisite
Education Minimum of 2 years' higher education in all disciplines. Trainer certification is an asset:
Minimum 02 years' experience in a similar position • Bilingual
