- Vehicle management;
- Fueling and mileage. Enter and track refueling and mileage to calculate the fuel consumption and efficiency of each vehicle;
- Planning and scheduling: Route planning: Creation and optimization of routes considering traffic conditions and route lengths;
- Performance reporting: Creation of vehicle performance reports, including fuel consumption, maintenance costs and total cost of ownership;
- Cost analyses: Detailed analyses of operating costs to identify potential savings;
- Driver safety;
- GPS tracking: Real-time tracking of vehicle positions and movements via GPS;
- Customer support.
- Completed training or studies in logistics, transport management or a related field;
- German and English language skills are crucial (German language certificate is required);
- First professional experience in the field of transport or logistics is an advantage;
- Basic knowledge of transport and logistics management;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
