We are looking for an Sales Executive.

Overview Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Douala I. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, collaborating with the marketing team to implement strategies, and attending industry events to promote the hotel.

As Sales Executive, you :
  • Provide customers with a list of available services and corresponding prices and offer
  • discounts after approval from management.Help customers choose the most appropriate service that best meets their
  • specifications and needs.Supervising the booking of banquet facilities, rooms and other outlets in the hotel to
  • ensure that they are available and properly organised.Monitor the quality of the hotel's customer service to ensure guests' enjoymentCarry out business intelligenceProspecting and expanding the hotel's customer baseHelping to monitor payments for events organised
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management (at least 5 years)Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to conduct market research and identify new business opportunitiesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the hospitality industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fieldFluency in english
