is looking for a Recruitment, Training and KPI Monitoring Executive based in
Douala. If you have expertise in recruitment, training, and performance

Main Missions:
- Participate in the management and implementation of skills development, staff training projects and initiatives by assessing their impact.
- Participate in talent acquisition in relation to the company's needs and strategic orientations.
- Designing dashboards to monitor activities related to the position.
- Elaborate and implementing training and continuing professional development programmes in conjunction with the applicant and his/her hierarchy
- Ensuring that the training budget is monitored and adhered to, and that training resources are optimised in collaboration with the manager.
- Evaluate the training activities carried out.
- Drawing up the recruitment plan and monitoring the related budget.
- Managing and optimising the recruitment and induction process.
- Set up dashboards to monitor the activities related to its missions.
- Designing, steering and evaluating a training and continuing professional development plan.
- Monitoring budgets and optimising financial management specific to his/her area of activity.
- Good knowledge of the various interviewing and sourcing tools/techniques.
- Mastery of the recruitment and induction process.
- Good analytical and summarising skills.
- Confidentiality and discretion.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of employment law.
- Good knowledge of pack office.
- Education : 2/3 years' higher education in human resources management/law or any similar field.
- 02 years' experience.
