We are excited to expand our team and are seeking passionate, motivated, and experienced Student Counselors to join us in guiding students through their educational journeys. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students while contributing to AECO's continued growth and success.

Position: Student Counselor

Locations: Bamenda, Baffoussam, Bertoua and Garoua

Vacancies: Multiple Positions Available

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in student counseling, recruitment, or guidance, especially in the education sector.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Must be a resident of Bamenda, Baffoussam, Bertoua or Garoua.
