Job Location: Douala
Position Summary:
We are looking for an Administration officer to join our team, whose role will be to oversee all transactions with administrative vendors and suppliers.
Required Profile:
- A/L +2 year in business administration or a related field is preferred;
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Administrative Officer or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the maritime or logistics industry.
- Issue PO for all Administration services and goods needed;
- Implement and maintain systematic processes for vendor contract management to ensure compliance with service level agreements and contractual terms;
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and initiate corrective actions as necessary;
- Drive and oversee with internal team's invoice processing and payment settlements in a timely manner to uphold financial integrity and compliance; Perform other relevant duties as needed and Ad hoc tasks as necessary;
- Fluency in English and French will be an added value.
