- Participation in contract negotiations
- Drafting agreements, contracts, and memoranda of understanding
- Supervising the development and implementation of contracts
- Providing legal support to operational teams in their activities
- Assisting subsidiary entities in complying with legal and regulatory provisions
- Handling various claims with legal implications received from the subsidiary's entities
- Raising awareness among operational teams about legal risks related to their activities
- Researching and proposing legal grounds for the company's defense in case of claims
- Consulting with lawyers when necessary
- Ensuring legal compliance of all agreements, contracts, and corporate acts
- Managing claims
- Protecting the company legally to prevent litigation
- Providing responses to various third-party claims in coordination with relevant departments
- Managing litigation cases
- Representing the company before administrative authorities
- Maintaining an information network and strategies for collecting and disseminating legislative and regulatory texts
- Establishing a legal documentation system for the company
- Implementing deposit regulations in compliance with current legislation and company standards
- Proposing debt recovery strategies
- Monitoring amicable and judicial recovery in collaboration with AJA
- Master’s degree in Private Law/Business Law
- Experience in a law firm is an asset
- Tenacity, initiative, and anticipation
- Rigor, proactivity, method, and work organization
- Good knowledge and adherence to activity-related procedures
- Proficiency in IT tools (reliable reporting)
- Strong writing skills for letters and reports
- The candidate must have strong knowledge of business law.
