As part of the implementation, on the one hand, of the specifications attached
to the aforementioned agreement and, on the other hand, of the deployment of the
National Center for Studies and Experimentation of Agricultural Machinery
(CENEEMA) throughout the national territory, the Director General hereby
announces: A recruitment process is open within CENEEMA, according to the quotas authorized by the Board of Directors.
The profiles concerned by this recruitment are:
- (10) Bulldozer operators;
- (10) Tractor operators holding a certificate of completion from the CENEEMA Agricultural Mechanization Training Center;
- (40) Seasonal tractor operators holding a certificate of completion from the CENEEMA Agricultural Mechanization Training Center;
- (15) Maintenance technicians (electricity, mechanics, boilermaking, welding);
- (01) Administrative assistant proficient in the fundamentals of public procurement regulations;
- (01) Administrative assistant proficient in the fundamentals of land, cadastre, and land affairs regulations;
- (02) Boilermakers holding a BT diploma;
- (20) Senior Technicians in Agriculture or Rural Engineering, including personnel seconded from public services;
- (07) Loader excavator operators holding a Category G license;
- (07) Excavator operators holding a Category G license;
- (07) Grader operators holding a Category G license;
- (05) Compactor operators holding a Category G license;
- (10) Truck drivers holding a Category C license;
- (08) Low-bed truck operators holding a Category CE license;
- (05) Storekeepers holding a BEPC/CAP diploma;
- (10) Maintenance workers;
- (10) Seasonal assistant operators.
- The recruitment is open to candidates of both sexes who meet the following conditions:
- Be of Cameroonian nationality;
- Enjoy full civil rights;
- Demonstrate good conduct and morality;
- Be declared fit for active service;
- Have not been sentenced to a prison term of more than 6 months;
- Be able to work under pressure.

Applications must be submitted no later than Friday, March 28, 2025, at 3:30 PM sharp, at the General Directorate of CENEEMA, located in Yaoundé-NKOLBISSON, Reception and Mail Service. The application file must include the following documents:
- A handwritten job application or a motivation letter for state personnel specifying the chosen specialty, addressed to the Director General of CENEEMA;
- A photocopy of the National Identity Card;
- A photocopy of the training diploma;
- A photocopy of the driver's license for the chosen specialty;
- A photocopy of the birth certificate;
- A curriculum vitae (CV);
- A photocopy of the training certificate for heavy machinery operation;
- Photocopies of work certificates from previous jobs in the chosen specialty, if applicable.
