Responsibilities
- Represent General Business of Africa and its products at points of sale
- Engage shoppers during their journey through LMS and promote the sale of GBA cosmetic product
- Communicate on GBA’s product range
- Record product stock levels in-store
- Serve as the liaison between GBA and store managers
- Monitor competitor activity in stores
- Provide daily and weekly sales reports
- Female candidates aged 21 and above
- Good physical appearance and in good health
- Confident in public speaking
- Fluent in French or English
- Prior experience as a hostess in LMS preferred
- Motivated, punctual, and trustworthy
- Capable of reporting on work performed

Responsibilities
Achieve sales and distribution objectives (prospecting, selling, delivering, and collecting cash payments) for all company products in non-market networks such as local shops, cafeterias, neighborhood perfumeries, grocery stores, etc.
- Ensure proper tracking of stock and deposits
- Anticipate field demand using the 20/80 rule
- Adhere to weekly route plans
- Comply with internal procedures
- Propose actionable plans to the supervisor to meet sales targets
- Serve as the first source of competitive intelligence
- Submit a weekly plan of areas to visit
- Know and promote all GBA products
- Submit daily reports to management
- Report on commercial activities in various stores and propose improvements
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and accessibility in all Points of Sale (POS)
- Male or female
- Resident in Yaoundé
- Aged 30 or older
- Holder of a valid category A driver’s license or able to drive a three-wheeled vehicle
- BTS in Commercial Action or related field, with at least 1 year of experience in tricycle-based sales
- Dynamic, honest, and trustworthy
- Knowledge of WORD and EXCEL software
