Role Description
Striving For All is seeking a Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and our website. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, engaging with our online community, and driving campaigns that support our mission. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and passionate about using digital tools to amplify our cause.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and engagement for SFA’s initiatives.
- Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), ensuring consistent and impactful content.
- Create and schedule engaging content (articles, graphics, videos, and infographics) tailored to each platform.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage donors, volunteers, and supporters, including newsletters and campaign updates.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts (social media engagement, email campaigns, website traffic, etc.) and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the communications and program teams to align marketing efforts with SFA’s mission, events, and fundraising goals.
- Assist with the creation of paid digital advertising campaigns to support fundraising and program awareness efforts.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media tools, and best practices to ensure SFA’s marketing remains innovative and effective.
- Help manage and optimize SFA’s website content, ensuring it is fresh, relevant, and aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and their best practices for engagement.
- Proficiency with email marketing tools and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization for digital platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce multimedia content (using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in nonprofit marketing or a passion for social impact is a plus.
- English language proficiency at a professional level.
