Objective of the Recruitment

This recruitment aims to select qualified and disciplined candidates capable of contributing to decision-making and administrative management within Cameroon’s public institutions. Decision-making agents play a key role in planning, administrative operations, and the effective execution of public service missions.
Application Requirements

The general conditions are detailed in the official call for applications and include:

A handwritten job application in French or English addressed to the Mayor of the City of Douala, bearing the current tax stamp and municipal stamp.

• A Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• A cover letter
• A photocopy of the birth certificate (issued within the last three months)
• A photocopy of the relevant diploma (issued within the last three months)
• Copies of proof of professional experience
• A photocopy of a valid National ID card or passport
• Application Deadline

Complete applications will be received on working days from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, from May 16 to May 30, 2025, at the Mail Office of the Urban Community of Douala.

The Mayor of the City will publish the final results via press and public notices.
