A Claims Analyst Assistant

based in Douala.

TYPE OF CONTRACT CDD

Main Missions
  • Assists the Customer and Claims Department in processing, monitoring and analysing claims related to life insurance policies.
  •  Contributes to improving service quality, preventing fraud and optimising claims management processes.
Main activities
  • Monitoring of a register of claims.
  • Processes and records claims (accident, hospitalisation, death).
  • Processes customer complaints or requests.
  • Checks the compliance of supporting documents and the processing carried out.
  • Process claims payments or rejections in the business software.
  • Develop activity monitoring dashboards.
Skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and presentation tools.
  • Proficiency with management and claims management tools.
  • Knowledge of how life insurance contracts work.
  • Good knowledge of current regulations.
  • Good analytical and summarizing skills.
Special requirements
  • Good mastery of the Office suite.
  • Experience in claims management or life insurance analysis
  • is an asset.
  • Bilingual.
  • Prerequisite
Education:
  • 2 years' higher education in Insurance, Law, Risk management, Finance 
  • 02 years' experience in the domain

An Assistant Bancassurance Analyst

based in Douala.

TYPE OF CONTRACT CDD

Main Missions
  • Support the Customer and Claims Department in operational monitoring and analysis of data related to life insurance policies distributed through banking networks.
  • Contribute in optimizing customer relations and claims processing in conjunction with banking partners.
Main activities
  • Assess the financial profitability of bancassurance products to be marketed.
  • Receive, analyse and process bancassurance daims.
  • Manage end-of-career compensation for customers.
  • Monitor service quality indicators (response rates, claims processing times, customer complaints, etc.). 
  • Produce activity reporting tables for management and partners.
Skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and presentation tools. • Proficiency with management and claims management tools. • Knowledge of the life insurance and bancassurance sector.
  • Good knowledge of current regulations.
  • Good analytical and summarising skills.
Special requirements
  • Good mastery of the Office suite.
  • Previous experience in customer service, claims or insurance back-office desirable

A Customer Executive

based in Yaounde.

TYPE OF CONTRACT CDD

Main Missions
  • Provide personalised support to customers accurately and efficiently. 
  • Informing customers about services and products.
  • Respond to customers complaints.
  • Produce customer's contracts.
Main activities
  • Monitor request and files sent for processing.
  • Managing customer and agent complaints in a timely manner.
  • Recording customer requirements.
  • Ensure that insurance policies (automobile, travel and any other policies authorised for seizure) are taken out.
  • Tracing POOL TPV direct office files to be forwarded to technical every month end.
Skills
  • Mastery of insurance techniques.
