Job Profile: Bilingual Human Resources (HR) Intern
Reports to: HR Supervisor

Main responsibilities:
The HR intern will assist the Human Resources team in its daily tasks. Their main responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment:
- Writing and posting job offers
- Sorting CVs and pre-selecting candidates
- Participating in telephone or face-to-face interviews
- Following up on applications and updating tracking tools
- Assisting with the creation of personnel files
- Participating in the management of employment contracts, certificates, absences, etc.
- Updating HR databases
- Monitoring the training plan
- Participating in the logistical organisation of training courses
- Collecting and analysing training needs
- Contributing to the drafting of HR communication materials
- Participating in the organisation of internal events (integration, team building, etc.)
- Education: Student with a bachelor's or master's degree (specialising in HR or management
- Good writing skills
- Organisational skills, rigour and autonomy
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR tools (ATS, HRIS) is a plus
- Supervision and support: Regular monitoring by an HR supervisor
