About the Program

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be a woman aged 25 to 35
• Be currently employed or self-employed
• Hold a university degree in a relevant field: environment, energy, sustainability, science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM)
• Have at least two years of professional work experience
• Demonstrate excellent spoken English (Arabic is an advantage but not required)
• Complete the online application and submit all required supporting documents

• Promote the program through professional and social networks where appropriate
• Complete surveys and provide feedback to support program improvement
