The registration for the Middle East Youth Summit 2024 is now officially open!
The Middle East Youth Summit (MEYS) is a vibrant platform aimed at empowering and inspiring Muslim youth to unlock their full potential. It nurtures leadership, unity, and positive change through collaborative efforts, all with the goal of creating a brighter tomorrow together.
The International Muslim Conference held in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, has opened. Middle East
Youth Summit (MEYS) 2024 is a program initiated by Youth Break the Boundaries (YBB).
The aim of the activity is to build the spirit of youth leader- ship and prepare excellent future
leaders, by using a moral based approach to education that focuses on instilling nationalism,
character values and international culture for the Muslim youth generation. The Middle East
Youth Summit is not just a gathering of young leaders from around the world but also sharing
their experiences on how they are taking actions in their communities to protect and empower
youth in building the nation.
The focus of YBB on the Middle East Youth Summit (MEYS) 2024 program is to transfer
ideas, knowledge and urgency to young people regarding the Muslim community
development with its challenges at this current period. It is undeniable that we need to
empower Muslim youth leaders to prepare for a better future.
With the tagline "We are here for Islamic brotherhood," it champions unity and collaboration among Islamic communities from various countries. MEYS aligns itself with the Sustainable Development Goals, emphasizing social justice, humanitarian assistance, and community development. The activities of MEYS bridge cultural gaps and inspire young Muslims to create positive global change while upholding their faith and noble valueas.
MEYS 2024 will focus on "Empowering Emerging Leaders for Positive Change within the Islamic Brotherhood." and discuss three sub-themes on:
- SDGs No. 1 No Poverty: End poverty in all its forms everywhere.
- SDGs No. 4 Quality Education: Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
- SDGs No. 13 Climate Action: Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts.
