I. JOB PURPOSE
- Manage & Implementing EBS Policy guidance on Facilities & Realty, Property Projects and refurbishments.
- Manage & Implementing best practice policies and procedures for Facilities & Realty Services.
- Efficient acquisition, disposal and pro-active estate management of all affiliate Ecobank buildings.
- Management of rentals, rating, valuations and dealing with landlords' issues.
- Providing guidance on refurbishments to ensure that all Ecobank buildings in the affiliates are structurally sound and safe for operations.
- Managing building projects in the affiliates and providing expertise for their delivery within scope, budget and on time.
- High level of professionalism and ethical dealings with all Contractors, Consultants and service providers.
- Delivering fit-out & upgrade of new buildings & Refurbishments.
- Implementing Consistent image & Brand.
- Ensuring accurate base building Drawing & Occupancy data.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Group Manager - Realty Services and Head of EBS to develop a three (3) year property plan for the affiliates.
- Deliver cost effective projects so as to achieve departmental, functional, and organizational strategic objectives.
- Provide guide to Management/Stakeholders on the cost benefit analysis of projects.
- Manage and monitor project finance and cash-flow and maintain financial controls.
- Liaise with finance to capitalize capital project expense in a timely manner so as to commence depreciation.
- Proactive performance management of external consultants, develop contractors and vendor / suppliers.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
- Manage and monitor lease renewals and rent escalations.
- Provide accurate data on statutory obligations.
- Maintain an Update Property Database for the affiliate.
- Build and sustain strong tenants - landlords' relationship vital to the success of the business.
- Liaising with Statutory Bodies and Government agencies to ensure compliance of statutory obligations.
- Budget and monitor expenditure to achieve financial targets.
- Advice on all risks associated with each of the Ecobank property in the affiliate and provides an action plan to remedy/minimize the risk.
- Ensure that all Ecobank buildings are safe for use / occupation in the affiliate.
- Exploring, identifying and tracking areas of EBS savings.
- Achieving efficiency targets for building utilisation and density of occupation.
- Ensure timely reporting on all leases, valuation, and cost information on all Properties from the affiliate.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Manage unplanned and planned maintenance on all active equipment (Generators; HVAC...) and buildings.
- Manage and optimize GE fuel consumption.
- Monitoring Insurance and Assets.
- Any other duties that will be assigned by Head EBS and Group Manager - Realty Services and Country EBS Head from time to time.

IV. JOB PROFILE
Experience & Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in Property Discipline preferably in Architecture or Building Technology.
- Minimum three (3) years post qualification experience.
- Professional affiliation to any recognized professional body will be an advantage.
- Post Graduate Degree e.g. MBA will be an advantage.

I. JOB CONTEXT
Nous sommes une banque multinationale de premier plan, reconnue comme pionnière sur le marché de la banque numérique. Ce rôle est responsable du développement de nouveaux produits de banque numérique adaptés à des segments de clientèle spécifiques. Le titulaire mène des évaluations de besoins, évalue les dossiers commerciaux et dirige la priorisation et la formalisation des exigences commerciales (BRD).
II. JOB PURPOSE
- Assurer l'intégration et la formation transparentes des clients Corporate et Commercial Banking sur les solutions de canaux numériques et diriger l'exécution des projets numériques au niveau de la filiale.
- Soutenir l'agenda d'innovation de la Banque en travaillant avec des partenaires clés (telcos, émetteurs de cartes, Microsoft, Fintechs).
- Collaborer avec les chefs de produit du groupe, le développement commercial et les responsables de l'innovation pour fournir des solutions adaptées en temps voulu.
- Diriger une équipe dédiée au déploiement, à l'amélioration et au support des plateformes numériques.
- S'assurer que les avantages financiers attendus des canaux numériques sont atteints.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end deployment of new digital banking products, features, and upgrades.
- Coordinate with technology teams, vendors, and global product owners.
- Drive testing (UAT, SIT).
- Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Oversee Tier 2/Tier 3 support (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, USSD, Agency Banking, APIs, Cards/Payments, etc.).
- Monitor platform performance and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
Financial Metrics
- Value for Money : s'assurer que les projets apportent une valeur ajoutée mesurable.
- SFI (Straight-Through Processing / System-Fees Income) : s'assurer qu'au moins 95% des interactions clients sont numériques et automatisées.
Continuous Improvement & Optimization
- Analyze user feedback and performance analytics.
- Drive automation and process optimization.
- Device strategies to continuously encourage clients to use digital products & channels.
Compliance, Governance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, cybersecurity, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare periodic performance and incident management reports.
IV. JOB PROFILE
Required Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in digital banking, IT project delivery, or fintech implementation.
- Strong understanding of banking systems architecture, APIs, payment systems, and integration flows.
- Experience managing vendors and large cross-functional projects.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) will be an advantage.

Information Systems Controller

I. JOB PURPOSE
Soutenir la couverture des risques et des contrôles des fonctions/activités/systèmes de la banque par le déploiement d'une surveillance continue des contrôles de sécurité de l'information avec les parties prenantes concernées pour atténuer les risques inhérents aux systèmes.
II. JOB CONTEXT
Ce poste soutiendra le Head of Risks and Internal Control. Le titulaire doit avoir la capacité éprouvée de traduire les exigences de contrôle interne en solutions commerciales pratiques.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Head office & Branch Control
- Plan and execute risk-oriented controls on the information system.
- Perform controls over fintech activities, digital payments, and data flows.
- Implement controls to detect revenue leakage, then propose action plans to remedy the situation.
- Analyse and assess risks associated with new products and services.
- Analyse alerts raised by anti-fraud tools and operational losses linked to the information system.
- Manage user profiles in the banking application and all other business applications.
- Support the automation needs of other controllers.
- Monitor and report information technology risks identified through the activities.
- Carry out ad-hoc controls on critical business applications and processes.
- Ensure ongoing controls in line with the IT control plan.
- Periodically assess the bank activities' IT risk.
- Review of critical system logs and activity logs.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Group Information Systems Control Head and the Risk and Internal Control Head.
- Report control findings and corrective action recommendations to General Management.
IV. JOB PROFILE
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in Internal Control or Information Technology or Internal Audit of a commercial bank or in an audit firm.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in a related field (Information Technology, etc.).
Skills, Capabilities & Personal attributes
- Analytical Skills.
- Core skills in Excel.
- Extensive working knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language).
- Familiar with core banking databases, mainly FLEXCUBE.
- Knowledge of banking operations and accounting (PCEC in CEMAC Zone) will be a great advantage.
