BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA is recruiting for one of its clients in the industrial sector One (01) Regional Sales Manager

Your main mission is to work for the development of turnover by managing the performance of your employees, as well as customer satisfaction. You also ensure the ongoing development of your teams' skills and the adequacy of resources in order to achieve commercial objectives.

ACTIVITÉS PRINCIPALES
  • Contribute to the development of the commercial strategy, the entity's operational action plans, and the business through internal and external actions;
  • Lead and motivate your employees to achieve their objectives;
  • Define training plans and ensure the improvement of team skills;
  • Negotiate and commit to consistent levels of objectives and results on all priority areas;
  • Manage business with a strong vision of short and medium term results;
  • Ensure commercial reporting.

PROFIL
  • Higher education diploma Management, Sales, or Marketing;
  • Being a graduate of a business school is an asset;
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in the sales and/or marketing field;
  • Have B to B experience;
  • Be able to take into account the internal and external needs of customers based on the market and its developments;
  • Know how to lead, motivate, focus, build the efficiency and cohesion of a team;
  • Be able to have the perspective to define the main strategic axes based on opportunities, threats both internal and external, and decline them in operational terms;
  • Be able to drive a dynamic of change, transformation and anticipation;
  • Be able to establish and maintain collaborative and cooperative relationships both within your team and within the organization;
  • Be perfectly bilingual: English and French; Good communication;

  • Results oriented.
