Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Job Location: Trois Boutiques Deido, Douala

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role includes tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, handling phone calls and emails, maintaining office supplies, preparing reports, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Corporate Administration, or equivalence.
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be bilingual (English and French).
Salary: Based on experience and location.
