POSITION AVAILABLE

(03) WHOLESALES M/F

The WHOLESALES, reporting to the Commercial Department, will be responsible for managing and developing the client portfolio and increasing the company's market share in the covered area. He/she recruits and retains new clients and ensures the update of administrative documents for various clients.
 
ACTIVITIES

Sales and Marketing

  • Implement our sales standards according to the defined Ways of Working;
  • Ensure digital and weighted distribution of all products in the portfolio;
  • Ensure optimal coverage of various distribution routes;
  • Conduct competitive intelligence;
  • Activate sales drivers (Quality, Availability, Price, Promotion, Persuasion);
  • Ensure visibility according to the PICOS (Picture of Visibility) for each category of sales outlets in their area;
  • Be a brand ambassador for the company and work to develop brand awareness;
  • Target and prospect potential clients.
  • Accounting and Control
  • Ensure proper handling of commercial documents and reporting deadlines (Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, etc.);
  • Ensure the financial health of the PS-Relais relationship in their coverage area;
  • Strictly follow sales procedures.
PROFILE
  • Academic level: Minimum Bac+2 in marketing-commerce-sales;
  • Professional experience: 2 years in a similar position;
  • Driving license A and B required.

(01) CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Reporting to the Accounting and Finance Department, the Chief Accountant will be responsible for: Ensuring the accuracy of entries and allocations of accounting operations related to each client, in accordance with procedures, the OHADA uniform act, and the current social and tax legislation in Cameroon;

Ensuring the operationalization of commercial operations and related reports; Invoicing, monitoring, and collecting issued invoices.
 
ACTIVITIES

General Accounting
  • Control, validate, and update purchase invoices in the commercial software;
  • Supervise, control, validate, and post accountants’ entries in the accounting software;
  • Ensure payroll entries or software transfer from payroll to accounting;
  • Check regional auxiliary journals and ensure support transmission to headquarters;
  • Establish accounting allocation documents, submit to hierarchy, then forward to accountant for entry;
  • Ensure correct accounting for fixed asset entries;
  • Monitor the commissioning and decommissioning of fixed assets;
  • Ensure monthly depreciation of assets;
  • Coordinate asset inventories;
  • Update off-book asset tracking files;
  • Calculate monthly and year-end provisions to be included in the balance sheet
  • Propose and enter, after validation, adjustment entries at headquarters and in agencies;
  • Produce monthly operating reports;
  • Ensure proper handling of accounting documents and journals;
  • Ensure account reconciliation and archiving of all accounting documents less than 10 years old;
  • Implement audit and internal control recommendations;
  • Update intercompany accounts after reconciliation;
  • Supervise weekly cash closings and follow up on pending items;
  • Supervise bank reconciliations and follow up on unresolved items;
  • Participate in physical stock inventories and ensure regularizations;
  • Write accounting procedures.

(01) LOGISTICS ASSISTANT M/F

As part of strengthening our logistics department, SEALAND SERVICES SARL, a major player in the sector, is looking for a dynamic and meticulous Logistics Assistant to join its team.
 
ACTIVITIES
  • Under the supervision of the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Assistant will:
  • Participate in the daily management of logistics operations (receiving, storage, distribution, transport);
  • Monitor orders and deliveries and report any difficulties;
  • Update logistics dashboards and ensure proper functioning of tracking tools;
  • Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal services to ensure flow efficiency;
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, deadlines, and safety standards;
  • Administer/archive all documents related to the company's vehicles and goods transport;
  • Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
PROFILE
  • Academic level: BTS or Bachelor's in Logistics and Transport;
  • Professional experience: Initial experience in a similar role is a plus;
  • IT: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Good organization, rigor, analytical skills, and initiative;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.

(01) DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (DBA)

Reporting to the Information Systems Department (ISD), the DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (DBA) will be responsible for installing, configuring, managing, securing, optimizing, and maintaining the company’s databases. They will also ensure the availability, integrity, and security of stored data while optimizing performance. The DBA will work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure proper database management.
 
ACTIVITIES
  • Manage databases;
  • Ensure performance and optimization;
  • Ensure database security;
  • Ensure data backup and recovery;
  • Provide support and troubleshooting;
  • Manage projects and database evolutions;
  • Perform technology watch.
PROFILE
  • Academic level: Bac+3 to Bac+5 in IT, information systems, or a related field;
  • Specific certifications on SAP S4Hana, Microsoft SQL Server databases are very important;
  • Professional experience: 2 to 5 years in database administration in a production environment;
  • Experience managing cloud databases (e.g. Oracle, MySQL, etc.) is a plus. See more on our website.
