03 PRODUCTION SHIFT SUPERVISORS

DEPARTMENT: FACTORY

MISSION:

The production shift supervisor is the link between the master brewer and the operators and, as such, is responsible for all stages of production, both beer and syrup.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Ensure that the malt stock has the required characteristics;
• Monitor the quantities of malt to be milled according to the predefined recipe;
• Control the mill, cleanliness, and safety of the area;
• Control utilities such as steam pressure, different types of water used, compressed air, cooling;
• Follow the standardized operating procedure for auxiliary materials (kieselguhr, silica gel, PVPP, KMS);
• Ensure that all the ingredients necessary for a brew are available (citric acid, hops, ZnCl2, or other ingredients);
• Proficiency in computer and office tools.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Bachelor +3 in Food Engineering, Biochemistry, or similar
• At least 03 years of experience in a brewery
• Mastery of the brewhouse
• Mastery of the beer filtration procedure

Mastery of the syrup room

Mastery of IT tools (MS Office)

Good ability to work in a team and under pressure

MISSION:

• Design, update, and secure websites.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Analyze needs, design the technical architecture, develop user interfaces (UI), and backend functionalities;
• Work with designers and ensure responsive design;
• Design and optimize database schemas and monitor their backups;
• Create APIs and use third-party APIs;
• Write unit and integration tests, debug, and fix issues;
• Improve loading speed and scalability;
• Secure web applications and manage authentications and authorizations;
• Maintain existing websites and ensure compatibility;
• Configure deployment environments, manage web servers (Apache, Nginx) and databases;
• Conduct security monitoring to anticipate and know new cyber threats.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Bachelor +4 in Computer Science
• Minimum of 03 years of experience in a similar position
• Certifications: JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js), PHP, Python, Node.js, Web Security (Certified Ethical Hacker, etc.), AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
• Ability to optimize website performance
• Analytical skills to diagnose and solve technical issues
• Good command of English and French

• Ensure liaison with the purchasing and treasury department;
• Ensure the conformity of allocations on purchase orders;
• Ensure that all project-related expenses have been accounted for;

• Produce the project asset file.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Bachelor +3 minimum in management control/accounting or equivalent diploma
• 2 years of experience in a similar position
