Main Missions:
Ensure the management of the budget process:
- Gather strategic orientations for the year from the General Management (e.g., activity growth rate by product, new product launches, agency openings).
- Translate these orientations into budgets and action plans (operational expenses budget, investment budget).
- Consolidate the overall annual budget.
- Analyze and calculate the company’s self-financing capacity and define optimal growth financing methods in consultation with the General Management.
- Finalize and validate the overall budget with the General Management.
- Consolidate and monthly update the budgets; organize arbitration meetings.
- Monitor monthly budget developments by aggregates.
- Analyze activity trends by various axes (product, region, network, agency) based on data analysis.
- Establish Wafacash’s market positioning (market share, Wafacash growth rate vs. market growth rate).
- Define key indicator ratios (operating coefficient, ROE, staff productivity, PNB structure, etc.).
- Monitor cash flow and various investments.
- Compare the evolution of various results (activity, PNB, operating expenses, profit, investment) against forecasts.
- Highlight, analyze, and justify deviations from budgets.
- Consolidate action plans and ensure proper implementation.
- Regularly update the company’s analytical breakdown into profit and cost centers.
- Propose and update cost allocation keys and internal invoicing rules.
- Establish and analyze the general operating account by profit center (agency, region, network, and product).
- Support and Means Manager
- Minimum Bac+4/5 in Audit and Management Control or equivalent qualification.Gender: Male or Female.
Desired experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role.

- Prepare and draft all documents that could engage the company’s legal responsibility (agreements, contracts) to avoid potential disputes.
- Manage disputes involving the company.

Main Missions:
Animate WCA’s commercial network in a specific region:
- Support the network in achieving assigned objectives.
- Dynamize and guide the sales team toward achieving goals set for partners.
- Analyze agency performance to tailor actions accordingly.
- Refresh operator training on-site as needed.
- Support the sales force during commercial activities (new openings, product launches, promotional campaigns).
- Implement prospecting actions in business areas, corporations, and communities to direct regional transfers toward Cash Express
- Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives such as SMS push and radio spots.
- Develop action plans in collaboration with underperforming agencies and partners, ensuring their implementation.
- Guarantee operator functionality on-site (application access, service availability, authorizations, tokens).
- Conduct client prospecting to promote Cash Express corridor offerings.
- Ensure branding and presence of marketing tools at points of sale; equip agencies with their POS kits.
- Complete visit templates and leave copies for follow-up.
- Write and submit daily reports to management.
- Regularly track quantitative and qualitative commercial result
- Minimum Bac+2/3 in Sales Action, Marketing-Commerce-Sales, Banking and Finance, or equivalent qualification.
