- Experience in social media management and content creation, ideally in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in relevant social networks.
- Knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Notions of graphic design and visual content creation.
- Ability to write clear, concise content adapted to each platform.
- Good spelling and grammar skills.
- Sense of customer relations and listening.
- Ability to communicate effectively online and manage relationships with influencers.
- Curiosity, creativity and responsiveness.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability and open-mindedness.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions
- Fluent expression in English and French
