North-West & West Region
A- Duties and Responsibilities
a) Prospecting and Business Development
- Identify and prospect new customers within the North-West region.
- Develop and maintain a customer portfolio (wholesalers, retailers, distributors).
- Present and promote the company’s products to clients.
b) Sales and Negotiation
- Negotiate sales terms in compliance with the company’s commercial policy.
- Record customer orders and ensure proper follow-up until delivery.
- Achieve sales targets set by the Sales Department.
c) Customer Follow-up
- Maintain close relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and propose appropriate solutions.
- Monitor product availability at customer locations and prevent stock shortages.
d) Market Analysis
- Identify business development opportunities within the area.
- Propose promotional activities to improve sales performance.
e) Reporting and Administrative Management
- Prepare regular reports on commercial activities and sales performance.
- Follow up customer payments and outstanding debts.
- Participate in sales meetings and company marketing activities.

- Sales and commercial negotiation techniques.
- Customer prospecting and portfolio development.
- Market analysis and competitive intelligence.
- Mastery of sales monitoring and reporting techniques.

PROFILE
- Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) / BAC +2 or Higher in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Good knowledge of the North-West regional market would be an added advantage.
