Created in 1972, the Union Camerounaise de Brasseries (UCB) is one of the pioneering brewing companies in Cameroon and the largest Cameroonian-owned brewery.

Positioned in the market for drinks and specialty beers, our brewery produces thousands of hectoliters every month, which are marketed in glass bottles, PET bottles, and kegs.

UCB, a subsidiary of the KADJI Group, is looking for a ROVING CASHIER to join our dynamic team!

DEPARTMENT: Finance

MISSION:
  • Replace cashiers in distribution centers in cases of unavailability (Annual leave/Maternity leave, Resignation, Illness, etc.).
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
  • Receive payments from sales agents and other clients and issue payment receipts.
  • Disburse funds for third-party payments.
  • Update cash journals and enter cash transactions into SAP.
  • Ensure the clearance of provisional cash vouchers.
  • Continuously check cash balances and reconcile them with journal balances.
  • Enter and print the daily cash journal.
  • Generate and reconcile revenue and expense reports in the system.
  • Carefully file, archive, and secure documents (stubs, journals, printed statements).
  • Update the daily electronic cash report.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
  • Minimum High School Diploma (Baccalauréat) with training in accounting and management.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of general accounting.
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate in English is an asset.

CASHIER

Mission:
  • The Head of Department defines the overall HSE policy in line with the company's strategy, identifies, assesses, and manages all occupational risks to ensure compliance with installations and processes.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct continuous monitoring of regulatory developments related to hygiene, health, environment, and working conditions.
  • Raise awareness among staff about HSE issues within the factory and commercial centers.
  • Ensure the reliability and proper functioning of installations (alarm systems, electricity, air conditioning, fire doors, etc.).
  • Develop indicators to evaluate HSE performance.
  • Order, inspect, and distribute personal protective equipment.
  • Supervise risk analysis related to the implementation of modification projects.
  • Profile:
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in QHSE or an equivalent qualification.
  • 10 years of experience in the field, with at least 5 years as an HSE Manager in an industrial environment.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong observation skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
