Department: Security
MISSION
Ensure the safety of people and property by implementing strategies and procedures to prevent risks and respond in case of incidents.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Identify the risks faced by the company and employees in terms of security;
- Propose Risk Prevention Plans (RPP) and technical solutions to address identified risks;
- Establish, disseminate, and enforce security protocols and operational guidelines across the company;
- Ensure compliance with security instructions by company employees;
- Analyze each malfunction or non-compliance and propose corrective actions;
- Recruit and train security agents, and manage schedules when necessary;
- Participate in defining the company's security policy in coordination with management;
- Provide regular reporting on the security level to top management.
- Relevant training in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or any related field;
- ASIS certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional) are an advantage;
- At least 5 years of prior experience in commercial security roles, ideally in a supervisory or management position. Experience in a bottling or logistics company is an advantage;
- Skills in conflict resolution and de-escalation;
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure;
- Fluency in English and French.

SENIOR CONTROLLER
Department: Audit, Controls, and Risk Management
MISSION:
Ensure the reliability and efficiency of internal processes to guarantee compliance with procedures, reduce risks, and improve operational performance.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Analyze internal processes and identify financial, operational, and compliance risks;
- Evaluate and monitor the implementation of procedures;
- Ensure the application of current standards and regulations;
- Carry out internal control missions to assess process effectiveness;
- Monitor the implementation of recommendations from controls;
- Prepare internal control reports and present them to management;
- Train and support teams in best internal control practices;
- Propose improvement actions and contribute to the optimization of internal processes;
- Monitor emerging risks and developments in the business sector.
- Bac+5 in Audit, Internal Control, Finance, Accounting, or Risk Management;
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in internal control, internal audit, or risk management, ideally in the brewing or agri-food sector;
- Mastery of risk management, audit, and internal control frameworks (ISO 31000, COSO);
- Knowledge of accounting and financial standards;
- Proficiency in control and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, ERP such as SAP);
- English proficiency is an asset.

SENIOR RISK ANALYST

MISSION:
Assess and monitor the mitigation of operational, financial, regulatory, environmental, and commercial risks to ensure business continuity, compliance, and product quality.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Analyze risks related to the supply chain;
- Evaluate regulatory compliance risks;
- Identify environmental risks related to operational impacts;
- Assess operational and financial risks related to reporting errors, efficiency losses, or fraud;
- Design and implement mitigation plans to reduce the impact of identified risks;
- Monitor performance indicators of risk management plans;
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to incidents or anomalies to identify trends;
- Write detailed reports for management, highlighting vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities;

MISSION:
Ensure the proper functioning of IT equipment and software.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Install or restore IT equipment;
- Perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment;
- Secure IT workstations and data;
- Intervene remotely and fill out tracking documents;
- Propose and implement equipment and service solutions;
- Participate in IT asset monitoring;
- Record malfunctions and improvements;
- Facilitate the handling and everyday use of IT workstations;
- Train users in the use of connected equipment;
- Raise awareness of data security rules and best practices.
- Bac+2 in Computer Science;
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar position;
- Proficient in communication protocols, software, and network hardware
- Ability to manage a network-connected IT infrastructure;

MARKET IMPACT TEAM MEMBER
DEPARTMENT: Marketing & Innovations
MISSION:
As a member of the MIT, your mission is to list UCB products with retailers. You will be the driving force behind product visibility, partner engagement, and consumer involvement.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Drive stock depletion: support the sales of business partners through effective product promotion, merchandising, and on-site promotions;
- Spot sales: actively identify and integrate new points of sale, minimarkets, and locations into our partner network;
- Check stock: conduct regular stock audits at partner points of sale to ensure product availability and maintain optimal stock rotation;
- Generate orders: interact directly with retail sales partners to secure product orders and coordinate restocking via distribution channels;
- Place POSM: strategically deploy point-of-sale materials (POSM) to strengthen brand presence and consumer recall;
- Collect business feedback: gather real-time feedback from business partners and consumers to inform strategic marketing and logistics adjustments.
