As part of the expansion of its activities in satisfying all its customers, Africa Eye
Foundation,an international NGO is recruiting 01 Nurse Anesthetist for its hospital MagrabiICO Cameroon Eye Institute (MICEI) located in Obak on the Okola road.
Responsibilities:
- Make pre-anesthesia consultations to patient
- Coordinate the scheduling of surgery under general anesthesia between
- the different anesthetists, the operating theatre, the admission
- department and the patient
- Be in the nurse theater station to ensure application of protocol
- anaesthesiaorientation
- Prepare room for local and generalanesthesia
- Ensure the prescription of postoperative drugs (analgesics) before the
- patient is transferred
- Pre, during and post monitoring of the patient under anesthesia
- Ensure the storage,disinfection and cleaning of the anesthesia equipment
- Writing the anesthesia report in the register
- make an inventory of the drugs and consumables used and to notify
- Weekly ordering of drugs and consumables
- Make available the consultation statistics atthe end of each month
- Knowledge in protocol anaesthesiawill be tested
- Holder of Nurse Anesthetist diploma
- Ready to learn
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Surgical Knowledge
- Bilingual, experience of 02 years
